Tasting Room & Bottle Shop

Our Tasting Room & Bottle Shop is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12-8pm. We are currently closed Tuesdays. We are located at 11653 Higgins Airport Way in Burlington, WA, at the Port of Skagit.

In addition to what we make ourselves in-house, we also offer a variety of small-batch beer, wine, cider, perry, and other fermented beverages, from independent producers who have inspired us over the years, for both on-site sampling and take-away. Our selection is particularly focused on subtle, fermentation-driven products with a depth of character and complexity, including several that employ native, natural, and/or mixed fermentation. Our own beer is currently available on draft for on-site enjoyment with additional products, including bottles to go, following soon.

Please note that our tasting room is licensed as a Beer & Wine Tavern, with an Off-Premise endorsement, which means, unfortunately, that no one under 21 is allowed either inside, or within our roped-in outdoor seating area.

Along with our beer, wine, and cider selection, we also offer a small range of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Customers wishing to bring their own food are more than welcome to do so, as long as they clean up after themselves.

Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leash and under the direct control of their owners at all time.

Washington law prohibits the presence of firearms in licensed taverns and we do not allow weapons of any kind.

Unless otherwise noted, all bottles are available either for on-site consumption or to go. We do not charge corkage fees and all prices include 8.5% sales tax.
