Garden Path Fermentation is a brewery/winery/cidery/meadery in beautiful Skagit County in the far northwest corner of Washington State. We focus on the slow fermentation of local products—Skagit grains, honey, and fruit, and Northwest hops—all of which are fermented in oak with our native yeast culture cultivated from the air, flowers, and fruits of the Skagit Valley.
A garden path is a beautiful way to get someplace you may not have meant to go. Our products, the result of blending, aging, and curation, may take you in directions you didn’t anticipate and we hope you enjoy.
Our tasting room and bottle shop features not only our beverages, but also a wide range of guest beers, wines, and ciders from producers around the world who share our fermentation philosophy, available both for onsite enjoyment and to go. We are open Wednesday through Monday from noon to 8pm and are located at the Port of Skagit, at 11653 Higgins Airport Way in Burlington, WA.
