It’s much nicer to hop a gentle stream than to have to ford a mighty river to reach what lies ahead. This hoppy, aromatic, foudre-fermented ale was dry-hopped with whole flower Pacific Northwest Loral and Palisade and naturally conditioned with honey. We use hyperlocal ingredients and 100% native yeast, ferment in oak, and blend to taste. Each of our products will lead you down a garden path to beautiful places you may not have expected to go.
